In accordance with the disclosure policy of the Medical School as well as standards set forth by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), course planners, speakers, and content reviewers have been asked to disclose any relationships they have to companies whose primary business is producing, marketing, selling, re-selling, or distributing healthcare products used by or on patients. Refund policy:

If you cancel your enrollment 15 or more days before the start date of a program/course, you will receive a refund of tuition paid minus 10 percent of the Regular Tuition, or $75, whichever is higher. Regular Tuition is the total calculated before any discounts or tuition assistance. If you submit a cancellation request fewer than 15 days before the start date of a program/course, you will not be eligible for a refund. If you fail to attend the program or need to cancel after a program/course start date, you are not eligible for a refund, and your full payment will be forfeited. Course location:

All sessions for this course will be held at the Starr Center in Boston, MA USA. The lecture recordings will be available for 30 days.
